Questions, feedback or privacy enquiries? You can email directly.

MathsGrip is built as a calm, privacy-first tool. If something is unclear, broken or worth improving, get in touch.

What you can write about

A short list of useful reasons.

01 · Product feedback

Something felt confusing, stressful or unclear.

Tell us what you were doing in practice mode and what didn't sit right. Specific moments help more than general impressions.

02 · Bug reports

A page broke, progress disappeared, or something didn't work.

Include the page you were on, the device and browser, and roughly what happened. We'll investigate and reply.

03 · Privacy & accessibility

Questions about data, local storage or device support.

Anything to do with how MathsGrip handles information, or how it works with assistive technology and different input methods.

04 · Parents, teachers or awards

Pilot feedback, product questions, press or awards.

Trying it with a class or a child at home, writing about edtech, or considering it for a programme — happy to hear from you.

What to expect.

  • MathsGrip is an independent product, so replies may take a little time. We read every message.
  • Useful messages include the page you were using and what you saw happen — even a screenshot helps.
  • If your message is about privacy or accessibility, mention that in the subject line so it's routed quickly.

Vitalii Ermolaev

I'm the independent builder behind MathsGrip. I'm creating a calm, privacy-first MTC practice tool designed around published learning research and the official MTC format.

If you write in, you're writing to me. I read everything and try to reply thoughtfully — even when it takes a few days.
